Biography

Reynaldo completed undergraduate media studies at the University of Lima, Peru in the 80’s while working in TV Press. He holds an undergraduate degree in Latin American, Caribbean and Iberian Studies, a Master of Science with the School of Education, and a joint PhD with the School of Education and the Nelson Institute for Environmental Studies with the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
